Diplomat’s Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Health Management Program helps patients manage their injectable MS medications. The program is designed to improve patient quality of care through education and communication. Monthly Utilization Reports

We provide monthly utilization reports for doctors. These reports make it easier for doctors to chart a patient’s medication routine. If there is a concern about adherence, a consultation between patient and doctor may be scheduled.
